Not our regular supermarket but we do pop into this store from time to time particularly when their baby products are on offer.
This store has good, clean baby changing facilities and toilets and the staff are always helpful.
They advertise BOGOF on baby products every couple of mths and definitely worth popping in for these. They have a good choice of children's clothes too which are very reasonably priced and of good quality too.
The only bad thing about this store is we pop in for particular items and come out with their delicious 'pick you own salads' and bakery items!
All in all a great store with good facilities, petrol station and good parking facilities. -

We visited the new revamped Sainsbury's store this morning for the first time in a while and were pleasantly surprised! I noticed the new scanning machine things by the door, but didn't pick one up as I knew I'd spend more time playing with that than shopping! We browsed the children's clothing section and found some lovely items for my 18 months old son. Gutted I never noticed the Gok Wan section!! We visited the deli counter, samosas mmmm! Then the fish bar, beautiful salmon on offer too! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean, well organised and well stocked. The car park was a bit like a maze, but other than that we had a very enjoyable visit. We will definitely be returning to this store. (I might let myself use the scanners next time!)

The new refurbished Sainsburys is AMAZING!!.. Fantastic range of TU clothing, including an exclusive Gok Wan range. A cafe upstairs, a pizza, hot chicken, salad, and fish bar.excellent!

good easy location, plenty of parking! and not as expensive as people may think! not like it used to be anyway! better than our local one so we tend to make the drive to this store now!
the major gripe i have is they do not monitor/bother who parks where!
EVERY time we visit the store we can never get a parent and child space! but see someone always returning to there car with no children in toe! i have confronted many people about this but whats the point?
i have spoken to the store manager who promises to get it checked out!

This arrogant old man i have seen and confronted on more than one occasion and he has the same story.. hes picking his grandson up, or is waiting for his grandson etc etc yet never returns with said grandson each time iv happened to bump into him again returning to the car! this was a few months back and still today i often see this car parked up and see him in store always on his own!
PARENT AND CHILD SPACES should be moved further AWAY from the store! to detur these lazy people from using them for the sake of them being close to the doors!
what most dont realise is its not how close they are to the store why we need them its because they are wider! and trying to get a baby out and into a pram in a standard space is one hell of a tight squeeze especially with todays car sizes! -

After doing my shopping decided to have lunch.
Cafe is a joke.
Upstairs , so if you are not good using steps or have a push chair, you use the lift, today not working.
Oh well no problem for me i can use the steps, and it meant the usual 20 min wait to order food was reduced to 2 mins , because no customers waiting to be served. great i thought no .
35 mins later, coffee cup empty, my chicken masala and rice arrived with the small dish of mango sauce dumped on top of rice. plate swimming in orange oil with waitress orange oily thumb prints leaving a not so nice pattern around the edge of plate.( must have lost the trays ).
Asked why it had taken so long to arrive, why it was swimming in orange oil and why her thumb prints were all around the plate? She went to find her supervisor, she was lost for words , apart from saying working there was " soul destroying ". Yes well trying to eat there is " soul destroying ". Have tried many times and never had a good experience, Never again !.
I got the price of my meal refunded and left without lunch.. well it was nearly tea time by then any way.
Another customer lost..plenty more super markets.
